Application for Registration

Application to Join the UKBHC Register

Please complete and submit this form to begin the process to become a UKBHC registered chaplain.

Why am I being asked for a Fee?

The fee covers the costs of processing your application, and, on the assumption that your application is successful, the first year registration fee. Fees have been calculated to cover the costs of registration through the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care. You will be setting up an annual direct debit from your UK bank account.   In the event that your application is unsuccessful the direct debit will be cancelled.

How do I pay?

This system for collecting and recording annual registration/membership fees is integrated into the UKBHC website and database, reducing the admin work required and so helping to keep fees low. Our system uses the secure GoCardless service to handle the transaction.

Is it secure?

No details of your bank account are stored on our website. The payment processor – GoCardless – provides details on its website both about its security framework and its approach to your privacy.
